Open the template up in an html editor and find what is causing the space...probably an empty table cell or spacer.gif.

I've tried to find, but I must give up and ask for help. My mail invoice (email invoice, invoice) has the right header side shifted up by about 2 lines. The company name, address, company phone, fax and email - all those 7 lines are shifted up and looks ugly. I am not sure when it got messed up, but I think the cause could be when I tried posting my phone number in text (one-two-three) instead of numbers (123). I was trying to avoid my phone number to get listed in Google (it shows as text in printer version pages even if elsewhere I replaced text with images). Any ideas? Thanks for help.
