How can I align all the text on the left menus to be right align instead of left and keep the right side of the screen the way it is right now which is aligned to the left

You may have to copy menu.tpl and make a menu_left.tpl and menu_right.tpl and put the appropriate ALIGN="right" in the TD tags of the left menu and vice-versa. Then you need to tweak the other template files which have the {include file=menu.tpl} to the respective menu references. i.e. {include file=menu_left.tpl}

The best way I have found to do this is to use Webmastr mode which maps out the templates used on any particular page and allow you to click on the debug consol link and edit the file directly.
