![]() Hi,
My customer sells gift cards. I have set up a category based on gender or occasion (e.g. Boy, Girl, Holiday, etc). Each of those cards will also have subcategories for the type of card (e.g. 5x7 folded, 5x7 flat, etc). Is there a better way to set up the same subcategories for each category (extra field, perhaps)? It's not too late to change my original categories... Thanks.

![]() How about making the card size a variant?

![]() balinor,
Thanks for the reply. It's a collection of cards, but not the same design. Using built in functionality, would it be possible to filter based on that field? For example, all 5x7 cards suitable for boys. If so, I guess it would make more sense to set up the card sizes as categories, and have the variant field identify gender/occasion. I'm OK with modifying templates, etc., but I didn't want to reinvent the wheel. Your thoughts? igc
