Default Text color change
Where is the central location for determining text color for the meat of pages such as terms and conditions, privacy and the main page.

I know I can change them within the languages section, but ti would be so much easier and less code if I could set this in the main section not in each small portion of the main section.

I know I have not worded this too well but it is late here and my mind is fried looking for other things as well.

skin1.css controls all the formatting for all of the templates.
