Can the email a friend feature be made into a Pop Up window?

Then when the hit submit, there's a confirmation message on the same
pop up window. and with a CLOSE button or X, so the visitor can just close it.

Anything is possible, would just need to be custom coded.

i just thought this had been done before.

im not a programmer so things are a lot harder for me.
