Default Removing CC from list of options.
During checkout, when it comes to selecting a credit card, I have many options, though only have Visa and MasterCard selected in admin.

Ho do I get rid of all these other cards? Card Blance, Switch, Solo, enRoute, etc.?

I don't know which sql file to edit and what to alter.

Click on 'Credit Card Types' in your admin menu and delete the ones you don't want.
