Is there a way to make like a master option select list instead of having to do it for every product?

Nope. You can use Firetank's Product Options Copier though:

there is another way im just working onto it, experts please let me know if there are any issues associated with below method.

add options to one of your product.
call that in url
view source

copy option area make sure you do all hidden item.

creat a tpl copy it in that.

remove options.tpl from product.tpl and add newly created tpl in that and you are on.
i have tested it and its working, originally i wanted to add images to option and this way i can do that too.

I don't recommend hard-coding options like that as it doesn't give you any flexibility. If you want to display the same image everywhere, why not just code it into the tempalte itself or use Extra Fields?

i havent used it yet just tested/schecked it but i guess it does gives you enough flexibility, i dont know if there are any security issus with that.

for coding into template any ideas.

actually issue with us we are using it for styles and measurements for the dresses and we would like to see them in order pages and email also.
