I was able to find most of the templates for my color changes except for the dialog box area. It's orange and I need to put a new color in there. I have figured out the Font color and border but not the top orange. This is the same heading as all of the dialog boxes in both the customer area and provider area.

Top of the dialog box is not just a color, its a image, you find it in your images folder, the filename is : dialog_bg.gif
