Altered Cart On Sale issue

I'm using the Altered Cart 'on sale' add-on on a 4.1.11 install. On more than one occasion, people are buying products that are on sale, but the checkout has charged them full price.

Has anyone else come across this and was there an easy fix?

I knew there'd be a simple solution. Apart from this one issue, it's been fabulous, and it was just a setting I didn't put in properly.
