Is it possible to put a script in Category discription?

Im trying to add banner code to category discription it seems a logical way to add banners etc, but is there a work around as it doesn't like it?

For example this banner code:
Code:

<p align="center">
<SCRIPT type="text/javascript" SRC="http://www.xxxxxxx.co.uk/xxx/xxxx.php?bfunction=showad&uid=100000&bmode=off&bstyle=default&btotal=1&bzone=store_welcome1_Full&bsize=all&btype=3&bpos=default&ver=2.0&btarget=_top&bborder=0">
</SCRIPT>
<NOSCRIPT>
<a href="http://www.xxxx/xxxx/xxxx.php?bfunction=clickad&uid=100000&bmode=off&bzone=store_welcome1_Full&bsize=all&btype=1&bpos=default&ver=2.0" target="_top">
[img]http://www.xxxxx/xxxxx/xxxx.php?bfunction=showad&uid=100000&bmode=off&bzone=store_welcome1_Full&bsize=all&btype=1&bpos=default&ver=2.0[/img]</a>
</NOSCRIPT>
</p>

Try getting rid of the comment tag and wrapping the script in {literal} tags.

For other users reading this. It was not posible to do above without editing some of the php files, obviously as tech support cost points to paying customers I cannot post what is needed.

I am posting just to let users know it is possible & works ok. (When editing correct php files).
