buy now button sends to cart with product details configured
 

I am working on a new install and my customer has been editing the product pages. Suddenly with the appearance option set to send the the customer to the product detail page, 3 products are going directly to cart! These 3 have a quantity selection combo and all other do not.

What could they have done to cause this? I have scoured the admin pages and cannot locate any other settings that control this for individual products and I and assuming they have changed something that caused this. HELP! ](*,)

this is not a bug,

the products without qty box must have options that need choosing before you can add to cart

Hmmmm interesting!

Added an option and it worked. That would be useful information in the manual!
