How do I move the speedbar tabs from the top of the page to the headline bar?

The line below the logo and where the select language is inserted on my web site.

Have a look at www.moviesandgamesonline.co.uk

I would like the tabs either on the top, below or in the bar as the language is.

Open the skin1/head.tpl and look for the speed bar tpl text, copy and paste it below the headline bar where you need it.
