Default how do I turn off 'featured products' box on home page?
how do i delete the featured products box that apears on the index page?

edit /customer/main/welcome.tpl and comment out the last line:

{include file="customer/main/featured.tpl" f_products=$f_products}

(to comment it out it should look like this
