Can someone tell me where I can find the opening template that says

Welcome to www.coopers-seafood.com

Also the template that has the title of the page. Mine says x-cart powerfull PHP shoping cart . . .

customer/main/welcome.tpl has the label and text that are in the language files
If you look at 'lng.txt_welcome' you should find the opening page text.

The title is in language file: txt_site_title

Where is the Terms and conditions file? I can;t find it in hte language place. . .

Terms and Conditions is in the Help area and can be found at
Edit Templates/Help

Some of the help templates, like business.tpl get their text from languages. This one has {$lng.txt_privacy_statement} in the help file.

In this case just do a search for the word privacy in the languages/text for this text.

Sometimes it's easier for me to show people things rather than try to explain it in writing so hope this helps.
