Default missing text in templates
I'm not sure what I did and I've been looking at it for hours now. I was editing my templates and uploaded them via FTP and now I don't see the variable text. I only see the hardcoded text. What could be the cause of this? All my config files are in order. It is as if X-Cart cannot find the language files.

you may have chosen to compile the templates from the edit templates page and this will then hardcode all the variables into your templates.

not something that is advisable
