Modifying text and color on homepage

Just getting going on a long overdue upgrade from V4 to V5.4. Having to learn where a lot of things are now hiding!

Trying to get the homepage sorted out. Playing around with different images in these title blocks. Figured out how to upload images but can't find how to edit the color, style and size of the font:

Well, all of the ones in those title blocks really. I'd like to learn how I can change the size, font and color.

Playing around with the design until I find something I like.

If these are not integrated in the image itself then you can change them by modifying css rules associated with the elements.
You can use the admin custom css page. However this only adds to already bloated XC css. It is best to put together custom module and make all changes you want in there.

Thanks. They are not part of the image so are coming from somewhere I haven't found yet.

I've seen the custom css area but nothing in there right now. Any pointers on where to start?

Awesome, happy to do that. How? Are you asking for my admin login?

xcart advised me to lock the store so Google doesn't find it and have issues with me having 2 live sites. Something like that...

Let me know what you need. I really appreciate your help. I'm much better at designing and building cars than I am building and designing websites!

Indeed, X-Cart's advice is correct - but no, don't need admin access, no.
Just need the private link to access your shop - so it would be something like:
streetortrack-xc5.x-cart.biz/xcart5/?shopKey=e7852576a41a0ba0241be3d5891ef9af

but not that, that's an example. I need your shopkey or that full link.
