My Wishlist - How many times is this thing upgraded?

I'm happy Qualteam is keeping up with the upgrades, don't get me wrong. Regarding the "My Wishlist" module, however, it seems to be in constant flux and I can't count how many times I need to upgrade my cart for this module alone. Is it that complex? Just curious.
