I would like to place an image slider on my home page (and possibly on some of my Category pages). I have seen some image slider modules for product pages, does similar exist for home and category pages? If a module does not exist are there any suggestions on how I can make this happen?

I think I found the answer to my original question. The Banner System module looks like it will do what I want. Does anybody have any links to samples where this is being used so I can see what it looks like and how it works.

Looks cool, but you are using X-Cart 4 while author wants a slider for X-Cart 5.2
