is it possible to disables the "drag and drop to cart" feature when a user is not yet logged in?

something similar to this

under "Force customer to choose product options before adding a product to cart" but for all products regardless if the products has any modifiers/variants or not

I just solve my issue. Instead of modifying some settings i just created a custom skin on common.drag-n-drop-handle.tpl and common.cart-tray.tpl and check the user session from there
