In my site some module enable not I was update module in my site. It not allowed to access this resource!.

I've just visited your website and don't see the error message.

This error at admin page when I was upgrade module it alert message (It not allowed to access this resource)

Can you log in to the admin back-end right now? Or does it still show the "outdated form" error?

Also, what modules did you upgrage when got the 2006 MySQL error?

This seems to be a server-related problem. Please contact your server administrator, ask why MySQL went down and post their response there.
