I have some products that are informational only and would like to be able to disable showing a price and adding them to the cart.

How would I edit a template so that any item with a certain price (0.00 for example) would not display the price and button?

Would not it work if you simply define this product as out of stock?

Out of stock does remove the add to cart button as desired, but it still shows a price.

I also do not care to see these informational items appeared greyed-out, but would rather them appear like any other item just without pricing.

OK, I see. This is typical task for developers, so I will cover this point in docs during next couple of weeks and then publish a link to the article here.
