I am having a problem with the smart template. It is very slow to load all the graphics or it does not load them at all.

Please see the attach pic i need some help with this. anyone eles had this problem or does it not work with 4.4
IE and Safrai seems ok today!.

Google chrome slow to load, header and footer missing, Social(some)links pictures missing.

Fire Fox no header or footer?

Overall the template is not function properly in most of the web browsers.

Funny thing is i have this template on my test site and it works fine in most browsers??

I did a CSS check and got some feed back this is one of the patches the CSS 1.4 recommends. Will this help my problem?
