Default Make phone number conpulsary in checkout
Can someone please help and advise how I can make the phone number compulsary in the checkout, we often need to call customers about delivery and find it frustrating that as standard it is not compulsary.

Did you try Settings->General Settings->User Profiles ? That's where it is in 4.4.4

It is a bit counter-intuitive. One would expect there to be a module configuration for checkout since it is technically considered a module.
