I deleted the file and successfully up loaded my logo to commonfiles/images/companyname_small.gif

I can "view" the file and know it is the correct image. However, when I try to print or view a receipt the default image appears.

order_invoice.tpl calls for companyname_small.gif

Using 4.4.3 on this application

Will someone kindly lend assistance?

You can place a test order, then on the invoice page, do a right click over the image and select 'View Image" or "Open Image in New tab", and that will tell you exactly where the image being used is located. You could possibly be using an image from a skin folder instead of the commonfiles.

Also, after you make changes be sure and run cleanup.php and clear your browser.

How do you run cleanup.php?

Just enter cleanup.php after your site name in the browser.

or

In the admin, go to Tools->Maintenance and Clear Templates Cache
