Hi

I was wondering if anyone does a mod than would allow customers to IM store staff question on products/services?

You mean like live chat or something different? TONS Of live chat options out there - my particular favorite at the moment is providesupport.com

Go check out http://livehelp.stardevelop.com/... Its basically an owned license (no monthly fees) and there is a desktop application for the call takers. There is even an iphone app for those on the go. It's worth taking a look at.

Hands On Webhosting uses LiveZilla. I have accessed it a couple of times and it seems to work real well from the customer side. Nice part is it is freeware.
