How can I add this script (Live Help) into my store?

I don't know which template and where in the template it would go, but I have a Live Help script that I want to add which will show the image (I've attached). I'd like it to be seen on all pages, under or above the "View Cart" (top right) so it's easily visible to customers (Also, this is a free Live Help (he asks for donations, but you don't have to, I did

That's just the image, not the script; but that's what it looks like when the script is added (when online too). The script is about 4 lines of code.

Ok, I solved my own problem and I'll post this so anyone that wants to do it can...

Go into your menu_cart.tpl (store/skin1/customer/menu_cart.tpl) and add the script between the last break tag
and {/capture} tag, so it would look like this...

If you want to see what it looks like, you can go to my site and it's in the "Your Cart" section. If I can do it, you can definitely do it, lol.

Hello,

I downloaded the software in zip formate and extracted it. Now Where and How should I upload that, should I upload tht in xcart dir or out of xcart dir?

I put mine in it's own directy in the root (public_html), and it works perfectly even though my store is in it's own directly (/store). Read the Read Me file too, but it wasn't difficult at all to install.

Also, I made a folder called "livehelp" and ftp'd them all there. Then just change the permissions in the Read Me file (2 I believe), then just run the setup file.
