I developed a form and added it using FTP to my site. I don't know if there was some sort of procedure that needed to be followed. I included the image verification TPL. And the Image Verification displays

Unfortunately, it doesn't check for Image Verification. So you can just leave it blank and it will still submit. Is there anything I needed to do? I would post Code, but I wasn't sure what part of it I should post.

Look at one of the of the "modules" that use it (contact us, newsletter submit, etc.) and see where the Captcha is called. think that part of the check is it is looking at which "module" it is, like "if news.. do this" etc. Since it is "settable" from within admin, you will probably have to clone one that you have enabled and use the same settings.
