Hi,

Im currently working on email templates with tables and want a very simple banner image at the top of the email.

In my profile_modified.tpl I have the image code as the following,

[img]{$ImagesDir}/Blue_background_top_94_stor.gif[/img]

but when I view it on the email, it shows an 'x' from image not loading? It has the image title, but doesnt perhaps seem to download it?

If I want to send via email template a simple banner image, anyone see anything wrong with the above or have their own single line code that works? I thought perhaps it might not like relative directory, but shouldnt it send the image on the email?

Anyone else had the same problem?

Any help greatly appreciated.

I would just put the full path in there.

http://www.yoursite.com/xcart/skin1/images/Blue_background_top_94_stor.gif

I don't think that the $mail_smarty variable has any image information set.
