Where Is order.payment_method Located

Default Where Is order.payment_method Located
I have my store setup to send certain orders for manual processing. I am trying to remove the manual processing from the payment status emailed to a customer.(Credit Card (manual processing))

I have found that it is controlled here but I can not find this location.

{$order.payment_method}

Does any one know where this is located.

Is there a different place I need to modify in order to get rid of the manual processing.
