I have a java script that usualy i just past on ths body part of the HTL code and works fine, but on x-cart i need make as javasript ".js", save on "skin1" directory, put a call for the java script on "home.tpl". However i am having trouble in find out how can i put the final view place on the page that i want to display without having any "Smart code error".

Put it in customer/home.tpl, but be sure you surround the JS with {literal} tags so smarty doesn't try to read it:

I just see this..... i have also the Tabber Holder to show all tables compacted on product page but when i put this java script.. makes my tables no ale to visualize. Any ideas... ou anything else missing?
