Red face Changing header
Hey guys I just wanted to add a new header to the of my XCART site. I have an image of what I want my site to look like but i'm not sure how to get it that way. If I broke it down into tables it would be 1 on top from left to right then 3 columns under it from top to bottom. But I'm not sure where to go to do this. Can anyone push me in the right direction? Thanks!
