Moving View Cart window to another page

i've tried to move the View Cart window from Here to Here but i must of copyed something wrong, the look is different and it always says theres 1 item in the cart. Is there an easy way to do this or anyone know how it would be done?

Not sure what you are asking? The two links you provide are just urls, one with a sub-directory, one without. Do you mean move the whole cart???

i want to move the entire View cart box from that side menu onto my main page

You mean outside of X-Cart? Like on a static html page?

A little tricky that...you'll need to write some PHP to include the functions/files necessary for X-Cart to display that outside of the cart system. It isn't as simple as cutting and pasting the template I'm afraid.
