I'm trying to change the purple head at the top of the menus. I've been looking in the skin1.css and changing every color number but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I've been able to customize almost everything else but I'm stuck on this one. Any suggestions?

First, we need to know if you are using a custom skin. Second, posting a url to your site or at least the code for your menus would help

That is the DialogTitle class. You'll see that it uses an image as the background, so you'll need to remove that in order to get the purple to go away.
