Where do I change/remove the default category bar???

Default Where do I change/remove the default category bar???
Here is a snap of what I am talking about. I have no clue what it is but I am wanting to edit the green bar that says Gear in the picture. As you know, it is all over the shopping cart, so I assume there is one file to edit to change all the pages to have a new look instead of changing each .tpl file individually.

Found it! This week keeps getting longer...

For others looking to remove it, the file is /skin1/dialog.tpl

You also have to remember to edit the skin1.css file.

I think it is time I take a break!
