I am trying to add a 1 line table before the first product that is listed in products.tpl it will be used for a heading for the product list so that i will be able to remove the word Our Price and have it at the top of the listing instead of each line. I am changing the format that the products are listed. Any suggestions as to where i can add this ? thank you

Hello emf,

Look into customer/main/subcategories.tpl, for this line:
{include file=products.tpl}

You can put your one liner above that line, hope that helps.
