[shadedleaf]

In the emails sent to our customers notifying them that their order has been processed, the footer reads like this:

The Shaded Leaf
Phone: service@theshadedleaf.com
Fax:
URL: www.theshadedleaf.com/xcart/home.php

I want to change this -- where it says "phone" it should say "contact," take out "fax," and correct the URL to just read www.theshadedleaf.com. But I tried going to Languages and editing that way and I can't find this text.

Is this something that requires editing a template? Or am I just looking in the wrong place?

Caitlin,

The key to solving this is reading the "template editing guide" and determing that most of your mail templates will all live in /skin1/mail/html

try signature.tpl

then hard code what you want in the email signature

There are no rules here...
