Hi! I have few questions about User Profile.

Please anyone can help me out?

How can I change the user profile section?

I would like to be able to have this format.

Coach Name: "(the billing is going to be in the coach's name)"

City & Zip Code:
Phone: (Home)..... (Cell).....

Confirm Password:

Title: Name of (2) Free Coaches:

Coach 2 Name:
Coach 2 Email:
Coach 3 Name:
Coach 3 Email:

Title: Player #1 Information:

Jersey #:
Name:
Address:
City/State:
Zip Code:
Date of Birth:
Phone:
School & Grade:

Title: Player #2 Information:

Jersey #:
Name:
Address:
City/State:
Zip Code:
Date of Birth:
Phone:
School & Grade:

etc...

The limit of number of players is 15. This form will continue for total of 15 players.

Is this possible to do?

All the information requested should be on the invoice.

You can add custom fields to the form via the User Profiles section of the admin area, but for something like this you may need to customize the form itself. You can start at customer/main/register.tpl
