I've found this in the Smarty template for the QuickBooks export module. I'm not sure what this means, and it's very hard to search the Smarty website for the '%' character.
'%' in PHP is a modulus operator, but that's not what it means here, I'm sure. Anyone know what this means in Smarty syntax?

Pretty sure that means "if this is the last order id".
