How do i change the title of my site in the top of the browser?

Check in your admin area, look at the languages bit , choose english in the top drop down menu and then choose text as the topic and title as the filter.

you should see txt_site_title appear below and you can change it there

Default Changing Title in Browser
Hi. I changed the txt_site_title description in the languages area as suggested by the forum posts but when I 'view source' in the browser it still is showing the original PHP description in the tile - why is that?
