eliminate automatic redirection to password recovery page

Default eliminate automatic redirection to password recovery page
I noticed that if the user makes an incorrect login attempt 3 times they get redirected to the password recovery page, were they enter their email and get their password sent to them.

I dont want the user to be automatically redirected to the password recovery page how can I eliminate that rediretion?
