Default Adding some text
Can any one help me out. I need to add a message about shipping on the order page. I would like to put it on the checkout page below the notes on summary and above the delivery method choice. Can any one tell me what file I should edit?

Open up your site in Webmaster Mode...it will tell you exactly which template is which.

Depending on your configuration, it is either customer/main/cart_contents.tpl or customer/main/cart_details.tpl
