How do you highlight the Featured products boxes on mouseOver/mouseOut using CCS like here?

Oh My I can't beleive it Balinor I searched for over 2 hrs and you reply in 10 minutes with the link? don't know why I could'nt find it even though I remember coming across this thread awhile back, Thanks
