Static page redirect

Is there anyway you can set it up so when someone clicks on a static page it redirects them to another instead?

Ummm...why not just direct them to the static page you want them to go to??

I have made a new page outside x cart which i need directed to by clicking a link on my homepage.

So just put the link of the page you created in your home page, why would you want to link to a static page and then redirect?

^ Good idea. Otherwise use a 301 redirect in an .htaccess file.
