I want to make some changes to the template. I created "before" and "after" shots of what I am looking to do.

Basically here is what I want to do...
1. Move the menus and welcome part up so there is less space between them and the header

2. Remove the Boardzo (company name) link that appears in the top left of the customer welcome.tpl

3. Add gray "sides" basically since my site has a set width, I want the part outside of it to be gray, but keep any background color inside it white.

4. Make the header more interesting!!!! Any suggestions???

All easy mods, but easier to just do than try to explain. I saw your post in the Pro Services - Requests forum, did you decide not to go that route?

I am trying to maintain a very strict and small budget. I would prefer to do all design modifications myself, but if you can do it for a small fee, I would be willing to consider. Please PM me or reply to the post if that is a possibility.
