Does anyone know a way to display customer profile ?

when the customer is logged in.

they have the option of

--------------------------
Update your profile
Delete profile
Orders history
--------------------------


I want to change it to

--------------------------
First Name: Jane
Last Name: Doe
Address: 123
etc. etc.

Click here to edit your profile
