Table Free Layout
Hi Everyone. We are planning on putting up a new website by August. Is it possible to make a table free layout using X-Cart? I would like to use only CSS and XHTML 1.1 Strict. I have been looking for some time to find out where all the templates are called from, but I haven't had any luck. Also, how do you delete templates you don't want? How do you call the new templates you have created? I am sorry if this question has been answered already. I did search the forum for information on tableless layouts for x-cart, but I wasn't able to find any. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
~Hal EDIT: Sorry, I didn't have "always attach signature" checked in my profile EDIT2: If you'd like to see my current x-cart setup (it's nothing much so far), check out http://www.alabu.com/soapshop

Check out Boomers CSS template available at www.bcsengineering.com. May also want to read this guide on template editing:

Re: Table Free Layout
I would also like an XHTML 1.1 Strict template that uses CSS for layout. The number of tables used in X-Cart templates is ridiculous to say the least. Did you get very far on this?
