Could you suggest any other non PHP application?

We are looking for creating advertisement/Offer banners of various sizes & designs to be put up in various pages of our storefront.... (Maybe with flash elements or the GIF types also)

which may do the job for you. Their support has been a little sketchy lately, but overall they are a good company.
