Custom Payment Method Not Appearing after install.

Hi.

Im new to x cart and wanted to create custom payment method which is not provided by x cart. Im following the tutorial from here.

After finish everything, i try to installed the payment method by clicking the "ADD PAYMENT METHOD" on online method. Search for my payment method and installed.

After setting everything that required by the payment method, I cant see that appearing on the online method.
