Hi.
On my initial page http://www.bangointeriores.com/loja/index.php i'm trying to display only the detailed images of the featured products and allow visitores to click on them leading to the product. Is this possible? I've been trying to figure it out but i'm very new to x-cart, smarty templates and mysql.

You could mark all products as featured and they will show on your page, but why show the detailed images, normally they are too big, its better to show thumbnails and save space, besides they look better in small when there are several.

As for listing detailed images, it would probably need a hack to the sizing in the display, maybe you can try uploading normal detail pictures as if they were thumbnails, then see what happens.

Oh, by the way, nice concept for furniture, but try changing your top logo to your real company one.

the problem is it's a requirement from the client. He want's to see only images (between 4 and 6) on the front page. Can't it be done?

you could reuse the existing featured products code and change it to suit or hard code the images / links into a new tpl and add it to welcome.tpl
