Hello All,

I would like to add the following line, somewhere in the
cart.php page (where people click on view cart)
"All Prices are in U.S. Dollars"

Is this a language variable or template ?

Can I simply add the text "All Prices are in U.S. Dollars" to the text that shows by default:
Please note: 1) Delivery Method is ignored if you are ordering Gift Certificates or electronically distributed products. 2) Gift Certificates are redeemed during Checkout process.

Where can I edit that text?

You don't add something like this to php files, you add it to template files. You can create new language or use the one with the delivery note - search the language variables in admin/contents/languages

Which language variable do I have to search for to edit for the above?

If you use "webmaster mode" in the admin section you can open a customer version of your site and click on the text of any language variable to edit it. Be careful adding html to any of it because it may break it.
